Baby that became sick, so they say it's a changeling. They take the changeling to the Fairy Hill. The parents said Geillis and Claire spoke strange spells over it and then at night a great demon came.

Father Bain claims Claire tried to lure him away in private and when he refused, she cast a curse. She was trying to help his wounded leg. Now he has blood poisoning from infection. She tells him it needs tended to or he'll die. That didn't help her case any by saying that.

Father Bain calls Claire a whore of Babylon. He tells how he thought Tammas Baxter was possessed and how Claire figured out that he was poisoned by mushrooms. He makes it seem like he is helping her until his next display. He says he has failed everyone especially God and no longer is worthy to serve God. A man says it would take Satan himself to drive a man from God.
In the show Ned Gowan is advising Claire to claim Geillis tricked her and she is the real witch. Ned leaves them to talk it over and he comes back in to see what they are going to do. This is what Geillis said to him and Claire.
